Returns Policy

All return requests are honored on a case-by-case basis. If you would like to return your product and its in the original packaging, please contact us within 5 days from the delivery date.

To submit your return claim, please fill out the form at the bottom of this page. All claims must be initiated within 5 days of delivery. Return shipping charges are not refundable.

Return Shipment Information

There is a 15% restocking fee on all merchandise returned. Items not returned in their original condition may be subject restocking fee of up to 30%. Returns provided without a tracking number will be voided.

Refunds

You should expect to receive your refund within 1-2 weeks after providing us with the return tracking number. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed and credited back to your original payment method.

Product Warranties

Products come with a manufacturer's warranty. No other warranties are expressed or implied. Damage due to shipping products to you is covered under this limited warranty. Otherwise, this limited warranty does not cover damage due to regular product usage.

Changing or Canceling Your Order

If you must cancel your order or change a shipping address, you must contact us immediately. Unfortunately, we cannot reverse shipments once they have been shipped out from our warehouse.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
